We loved the house. It was exactly as advertised. There were 8 of us, my sister and her daughter, my brother and his son, and my son, his fiancé, my daughter and myself.

There was plenty of room for all of us, and we loved having the pool available whenever we wanted. It was clean and well cared for.

We would definitely come back and stay again, we are a family who loves to travel.

my family and i stayed at dianne and jerry's villa in october 2017, So happy we got lucky and found them on the orlando villa website as the villa they have is perfect for all your needs. great pool and lots of space for everyone to move about the villa. location is great, less than 2minutes drive from the us192 which is the main road for shops, eating places etc, it also takes you straight along to the disney parks. The villa in just off bass rd and on the corner of bass rd and the 192 is a vast walmart to meet all your food/general supply needs. real bonus let me tell you. little tip. the queue's at the tills are real bad in the evenings when the locals are doing their shopping, so go during the day when your having a break from the parks. the self check out is also handy to get rid of all your loose change just before your ready to go home. Dianne and jerry are happy to help with any questions you have and go out of their way to make your stay the best they can. if i decide to head back to florida this is the first place i will be looking to book.

Wonderful Villa

April 2017 we stayed in the 4 bedroom villa offered by Diane and Jeremy. The villa is in an ideal location, 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and a 20 mins drive to both Disneyland resort and Universal studios. Walmart and Lidl are also 2 mins away.

The villa is attractively decorated, providing us with a lovely place to stay, it is spacious which after a busy day at the attractions gave us plenty of space to relax. The kids loved the pool and games room.
The villa is well equipped and well maintained- we made good use of the washing machine and dryer, coffee machine and ice maker!!

Dianne and Jeremy couldn't have done more to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. Once we had booked the villa they signposted us to reasonably priced car hire.

Overall We had an amazing time in Florida, if we were to return I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We wanted to come back this year to rekindle our love of Creekside as we were the first people to buy and move in on the development some 25 years ago. We were able to find Dianne and Jerry who we had contact with when we owned and were fortunate enough to be able to rent one of their properties for a month and to enjoy this lovely villa without having the responsibility of ownership.

Things have changed a lot since we used to rent our villa out. Although it was just the two of us renting this villa, they have got everything covered, with televisions in every room with multi channels, things for the children to play with and a garage full of children's delights as well as adults.

The position of this villa and development is so superb, with the Wal Mart one mile from the villa and an array of restaurants along the 192. The close proximity of the Disney Attractions is also a plus as they are so easy to get to. The pool is unoverlooked and the area is very quiet for relaxing.

Dianne and Jerry keep the villa well maintained through their own work and their management company who cover things when they are not here.

Once again thank you Dianne and Jerry for allowing us to relive our Florida Vacation that we always so much enjoyed over the past 25 years.

Fantastic holiday.
Second time at this villa. Just as good as the first time. We had a fantastic stay at the villa this aug-sept, it was very spacious and the pool was lush, the cot for the baby was perfect and the wifi worked really well. for us the location was perfect as we wanted to be opposite give kids the world village. diane was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definately be repeat customers, can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic time at Dianne's Villa. Location was brilliant, actually location was virtually perfect as the big walmart is 500 yards up the road and believe me, we went every day to get fresh food, drinks and milk. Everything you need is a short hop away and the area is very very quite. Top tip, go to the flee market 500 yards on the right of walmart to get your fruit, its cheap and really really juicy.

Villa itself was nice and clean as expected and had everything we needed. My son loved the pool table and i spent frustrated hours helping him hold the cue straight lol.

But the real pleasure was how helpful Dianne was before we daparted. We had never been to the USA before and Dianne kindly gave us advice on more than one occasion on how we should prepare, what things to look out for and where to go.

If we ever do florida again, we will certainly use Dianne again without hesitation.

We had a very lovely stay at the villa ,has we walked into the villa we where greeted be a very clean and well equipped house with everything that you could need we felt right at home . From the bedrooms ,kitchen ,lounge all the rooms where perfect. All the equipment is easy to use and understand , clear instructions are left for Internet and the use of a PC helps . Good and easy travel to the parks , shops and to and from the airport.

We had a fantastic time and would use this villa every time we visited Orlando

We have just come back from a great holiday in the four bedroom villa. We are a family of five and it was great to have so much space. We all enjoyed the pool and the games room. We had many tournaments including table football and pool but also silliest under water picture in the warm pool.
The villa is set in a nice estate, quiet but yet close to everything that you would ever need. Kissimmee boasts many amenities including shops and restaurants, shopping outlets but also a great lake with amazing wildlife and picnic areas.
The house has everything that a family needs including comfy beds, lots of linen and cooking stuff, good easy to understand appliances, nice family size table and comfy sofas.
I would happily recommend this house to all my friends, it was just perfect for us.

My family and I had a great stay in the 4 bedroom villa in July 2015. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a lovely pool and the location was great for all the attractions of Orlando. There was a huge Walmart nearby with a McDonald's inside the shop. There was a Subway and Chinese Takeaway on the other side of the road from Walmart which was very handy for dinner after a long day at the Parks. The villa has everything you need for your stay with an excellent washing machine and tumble dryer and includes little extras like hairdryers, curler etc. There was lots of information available for the villa and details of restaurants, shopping and attractions which all helped to make our stay run very smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay there and would return in the future.

I have stayed at both villas and love them. The owners take pride in their homes and it reflecks in the homes. I highly recommend both villas and will definetly stay again and again every time I go to Florida. I always recommend the villas to any of my friends going to Florida. Thank you Dianne for another wonderful stay.

i stayed at this villa for 10 weeks i found the villa exceptionally well funished with a lot of amenitys compared to the average villa location is excellent for easy access to parks ect but set back of the highway sufficiently to provide an idilic restfull atmospher i have been to at least 15 villas in florida and this is one of the best if you book this villa you wont go far wrong

We booked the villa because we wanted to be close to another family from England who had also booked a villa close by. It was the best decision we made and with 3 kids we all had a room each. Everyone was happy and enjoyed staying there. With Walmart up the road we had easy access to basics and beer 24/7. Gtreat times and we will stay there again. Thank you

From the moment we enquired about renting the Villa until the time we got home Diane & Jerry kept in touch with us ensuring that we would & did have a great holiday in their villa.
The villa is spacious, clean, and with all the mod cons that you need.
Well situated , easy driving distance to parks and the shopping outlets.
Very handy big Walmart just down the road. We all really enjoyed our stay in their lovely Villa.

ich bin nun endlich dazu gekommen unser Feedback hier zu posten.
Da wir von den Villen in Cape Coral schon sehr verwöhnt waren, hatten wir ein bisschen bedenken, wie die Villen in Orlado sind. Wir wurden aber positiv überrascht. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit Vorort. Vermieter und Villa sind wärmstens zu empfehlen. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, ist die zentrale Lage in der Region, sehr kurze Wege, ob zu den Outlets, Supermarkets oder den Restaurants, selbst Orlando Downtown ist in 35-45 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die direkte Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett gewesen.
Was besonders zu erwähnen ist, im Bezug auf die Vermieter, durch einen Streik ging unser Rückflug 8 Stunden später (Abends um 21:00 Uhr), auf Nachfrage konnten wir noch den ganzen Tag im Haus bleiben, da am nächsten Tag keine neuen Gäste anreisten.
Alles in allem war es wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Urlaub im sonnigen Florida!!

IT WAS A GREAT VACATION IN THIS BEAUTIFUL VILLA AND AREA!!
Especially Dianne helps us, because we must stay 8 hours longer in Orlando, the airline was on strike and we can stay the hole day in the villa.

The villa was perfect for our Orlando/Floriday holiday. It was our first time visiting and we did not know what to expect. The villa was great: clean (!!) and everything was ready at your disposal. The location is absolutely perfect Disney within 20 mins drive, Universal 30 mins. The beach was 1,5 away. We will defenitly recommend this villa to anyone who is planning a holiday in Orlando.

It was already our 4th year in a row that we visited Orlando. First time in a private villa. It was the best stay. Very relaxing. Dianne took very good care of the booking and the money travelling around.
The villa is spacious, has all the amenities you need and best of all: terrace in the sun. Breakfast in the sun: nothing can beat that.

We had a very nice stay in Jerry and Dianne’s 4 bedroom villa for 3 weeks in January 2014. There was easily room for eight of us in the 4 bedrooms.The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and snooker room and the villa is in a very nice residential area where the neighbours seem to keep an eye on each others property. You could even walk to Walmart if you like a workout. It was also very handy having an excellent washing
machine and dryer. The kitchen was well equiped and the WIFI was brilliant for using Ipads to get on the internet and to use Facetime.

Disney and International Drive with Seaworld was only max 15 mins drive away along the 192.. I would recommend staying in this villa and we will return next year.

There is an excellent golf course Kissimmee Bay Country Club only 10 mins away just off Boggy Creek Road. The 18 hole course is demanding with plenty of lakes to avoid but was advised not to go fishing for lost balls as the usual crocs could be lurking. Price was only 25 dollars including buggies and the club bar was very friendly. Jerry has left a big bag of clubs for guests to use in a wardrobe.

We all thought this USA holiday was the best holiday we have ever experienced.

This Villa caters very well for families with children, it was clean tidy when we arrived. The maintenance company were very good with a few issues we had. The district was very quiet and idea location for Walmart and main route to Disney. There are a few items that I would recommend to owners who were very efficient with the booking and refunds and the description of their Villa. We had a great holiday and thank you for the refund.

just to prove a holiday in florida is an amazing experience without children. Jerry and Diannes villas provide the perfect place for a base for an adult holiday too. very close to fantastic golf courses, shopping and some lovely restaurants. Thank you once again for the perfect place to stay :))

This house is the perfect vaction spot near all atraccions in Orlando, Fl. Mrs Diane and her husban always make sure that everything is in order and you are having a good time. I will rent from them anytime. Thanks Coleman Family for your help on our family vacation. House is always keep clean and has eveything. I will tell eveyone to rent this house, besdies is more cheaper than a Hotel.

Really enjoyed staying at the 4 bedroom villa. Private pool was great! Plenty of room. Internet a little slow. Game room good for teenagers. Coleman's very accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in the 4 bedroom villa. It was in a great location, especially to Walmart, where we ran to often for little things that we needed e.g. diapers, baby food, laundry detergent, water etc. Not to far from Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Premium Outlet shopping either. The pool was a great temperature because we usually like it almost as warm as a bath! Beware of the tiniest, harmless ants that just come with Florida weather. Put as much as you can in the fridge! LOL! We are truly appreciative of Dianne and Jerry allowing us to stay two additional nights due to our sudden illness and we had to extend our stay. Both the owners and property manager were quick to respond when called upon. Thank you for hosting us and for all of your kindness!

Good spacious and well equiped accommodation in a nice neighbourhood, excellent communications links between us and Dianne
Christmas tree in villa was a time touch, close to the 192 and mins away from 24 hour Walmart, would use this accomodation again in the future. Christmas tree was a nice touch.

For the O'Shea family, with three generations travelling together, Kissimmee was a great location for all Florida Parks which were only a few minutes drive away. The villa is near all the outlets for great shopping and great restaurants in Kissimmee including Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral, Red Lobster and The Outback.
The villa was like home, with enough room to allow each member of the family have some personal space and small enough to be cosy.
The pool with lanai was great. It lets one sunbath in direct sunlight, or relax in the shade.
I would recommend this villa to families who want a great holiday in the sun.

A truly gorgeous villa with heaps of space, a beautiful pool, a fantastic location (it was easy to get to all parks - very close to Disney) and everything you'll need to feel at home. our only regret was we didnt stay longer!!!

This was our second stay for Spring break and we really enjoy the great home and location. Close to all the attractions, Walmart and Hwy 192. For the days we didn't have any plans we simply relaxed and swam in the pool. The owners are very thorough and friendly. We plan to come again!

The villa was in great condition really comfortable and inviting. We had a great time there in family. Near essential a walmart with everything we could need everyday. Really near of all Disney parks. It was magical. Our kids really liked the pool and the gaming room

We have just got back from a 2 week stay at the 4 bed villa and had a fabulous time. It has everything you could need- loads of fluffy towels, all kitchen equipment, great games room and computer and wi-fi to keep all members of the family happy ! Great location and lovely warm pool (keep pool cover on at night during cooler months). The owners are really helpful and always at end of phone/email if you need anything.The only thing that could be added is an ipod docking station but thats a minor thing. We cant wait to go back ! Highly recommended !

We stayed at the villa for 15 days. Excellant value for money. Every thing in villa that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great location for all parks just 20mins away. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed 14 days in the villa. And we really had a nice time. Everything you need is there. It's also on a great location. Only 20 minutes away from the Disneyparks. Hope to return soon.

Cannot find any fault with this villa; has all the comforts of home. Close to 192 and a short drive to the parks etc. Hope to return next year!

A wonderful holiday had by all, The Villa was gorgeous a real welcome after a hot day at the parks to relax by the pool.

It had everything we needed, really can not fault! perfect location very quiet yet Close to all Parks all within 30mins, 192 strip full of everything you need! Would recommend visiting The Old Town.

The Owners Jerry & Dianne are very helpful not that we needed them but we received a very nice courtesy call to check we arrived safely and everything was as it should be.

My husband and I rented the villa for 5 days. We were very impressed with how close the villa was to everything you may need, Walmart is just at the end of the road, Disney parks are only 10 minutes drive, and the main strip has a wide varitey of resturants.

The owners are great and very easy to contact is you need anything. Would recommend the villa to anyone.

Thanks for everything we had a wonderful time, the villa was very comfortable and had everything that we required. Although we spent most of our time at the parks it was relaxing knowing we had such a luxurious villa to return to . We made good use of the pool in the mornings where we found the water temperature to always be warm.Conveniently situated only a short drive from the parks but further enough to enjoy peace and rest after a exhausting day!
Great facilities for families with any age of child/children loads of space plus a well equipped games room.Easy access to Wal-Mart shop and plenty of outlet shopping malls! An abundance of venues to eat out catering for everyone's preferences. Definitely recommend. 5 star accommodation.

We had a wonderful time in this villa, a real home from home. Games room and WiFi great for teenagers. Location was brilliant. Been to florida on numerous occasons and this is one of the best. Excellent communication with owners made booking this villa hassle free.

The villa is exactly like the photos, Spotlessly clean, which isn't always the case!
Location is brilliant so easy to get to Seaworld and Disney from here.
Walmart is just 2 mins away in car and 24hr opening,
Internet was a real bonus our teens were able to keep in touch with home and were not talking about home after 2weeks which was the case last year. Pool fantastic, plenty of room and you can actually swim in it!
We really appreciated the courtesy phonecall from Dianne on arrival and it was great to meet Jerry when we overlapped for a few days.

We just came back from our vacation, we stayed at the 4 bed villa, pictures on the website provide great details of the villa. The villa was super, extra clean, I could not find not even one spot of dust, and it has everything you need.
We are going back for sure next time we visit Florida. Jerry and Diane are very seriuos people to make business with.

Our family stayed in the villa Feb 2010. It was well worth the money and the pool was nice and warm. It is so nice having a washer and dryer on the premises especially with young ones. The villa is a short drive to the parks as well -- thanks Dianne and Jerry, Tracy

We have just had an absolutely fantastic stay in Jerry & Diannes lovely four bedroom villa. (24th Oct -7th Nov). There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Lovely relaxing home from home after extremely tiring days. Games room, playstation and pool thoroughly enjoyed by kids and even internet access for hormonal teenage girls, heaven:)) Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this villa along with the three bedroom one, that we have also stayed in, to any of my closest friends.

Stayed with my family in Jerry & Dianne´s wonderful villa in the first week of April. All pre-arrival instructions were very clear. Also great to have a professional property manager, Elisabeth, nearby in case you need to ask about anything. Our kids (15 & 11) really enjoyed the whole week. Even though the park days are long what makes this villa a winner is its location only 15/20 min away from the Disney parks. That means you come back and chill out, kids use the pool, watch TV, whatever, just a very relaxing time! Well furnished. Walmart 5 min away by car. Lots of eating out options a short drive away. This place gets my 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks 24th April to 8th May in the villa, it was comfortable and had everything that we needed and more. It was a joy to come home from the Parks after busy days to relax.

I would have no hesitation recommending the villa to all my friends & family.

My family (2 adults + 2 children) stayed at this 4-bed villa in April 2009. We had a great time! Everything we needed was provided, the pool was nice and clean. The children really liked the game room and the Playstation in one of their bedrooms. My husband and I were especially touched by the fact that Dianne called us from UK on our arrival day to make sure that everything was fine. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable vacation. This is just a note to say we were very impressed with the four bedroom villa that we recently stayed at in Florida.. Everything was perfect! There were enough dishes towels etc. to serve at least 10 people. We had my sister-in- law and brother-in-law over for breakfast along with the rest of us and there was more than enough room to sit everyone. That is something that doesn't happen often when you are away. The house was beautifully decorated and the children especially enjoyed the basketball game and fact that there were television rooms in every bedroom, so we didn't have to watch cartoons all day, not that we were in the house that much. The children and grown ups enjoyed the pool which was heated and the Colemans also provided a few water toys to keep the children busy. There Colemans thought of everything to accommodate us on our vactions. We would like to thank them very much for such an enjoyable vacation.
